Nutritious Maqui Meal Replacement Juice• 1 apple
• 1 cucumber sliced
• 1 stalk of celery sliced
• ½ bag of baby carrots
• 1 oz. Maqui Berry Juice
• 2 tbsp Protein powder (optional)
Put all of the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
To make sure you are getting the protein you need, you can snack on 7-10 almonds while you enjoy your juice, or you may add protein powder to the ingredients.
